Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that dog beds can only be returned if they remain sealed in their original, unopened vacuum packaging. Once the seal has been opened, the bed is no longer eligible for return unless it arrived damaged or the incorrect item was sent.
A $5 processing fee applies to all returns and exchanges. This fee is waived if the item is defective, incorrect, or the return is the result of an error on our part.
