All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Covington, Georgia — a central U.S. location that helps us deliver faster while reducing our shipping footprint. We also use eco-conscious packaging materials whenever possible.
Returns & Refunds
Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they’re unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached. Dog Beds can be returned only if they remain sealed in their original vacuum packaging. Once opened, beds can’t be returned unless the product arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent. Yes, a $5 return fee applies to all returns unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
