Fast & Reliable Shipping

At Le Noof, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and responsibly. All orders are handled with care and shipped using trusted carriers.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase, often faster. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking details once it ships. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after dispatch.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 1 to 7 business days
Canada: 2 to 12 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We offer free shipping on all U.S. and Canada orders over $100 before tax and after discounts.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Covington, Georgia, allowing us to deliver efficiently across the United States and Canada. We also use eco-conscious packaging materials whenever possible to help reduce our environmental footprint.

Carriers

We ship with trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, USPS, and other delivery partners depending on the destination and service selected at checkout. We also ship to PO boxes where available.

Shipping to Canada

We currently ship to all of Canada with DHL and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.

Orders shipped to Canada are sent on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, and any other customs-related charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier or customs authorities upon delivery. By placing an order for shipment to Canada, you agree to pay any applicable import charges required to receive your package.

If a Canadian order is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or import fees, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs charges, and any other fees incurred from your refund.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first, as they will have the most accurate delivery information.

If the issue is not resolved, reach out to us through our contact form and we will do our best to assist.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we will help you return it as fairly and smoothly as possible.

Return Eligibility

Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached.

Products sold at a marked-down price are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Dog beds can be returned only if they remain sealed in their original vacuum packaging. Once opened, beds cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

If this happens, please contact us within a few days and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help quickly.

How to Start a Return

  1. Submit a request through our contact form.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Carefully pack your items to prevent damage in transit.

  4. Ship the package to the return address provided by our team.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Return Fees

A $5 return fee applies to approved returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by our team. This also applies to returns from Canada.

Shipping charges, duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, and any other non-refundable shipping-related costs are not refundable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be completed after the returned item is received.

If the return relates to a Canadian order, any original shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other fees incurred will be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within a few days and include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the case promptly and make it right.
