Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days after purchase — often faster. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another with tracking details once it ships.
Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after dispatch.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within the U.S. is 1–7 business days, depending on your location.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 (before tax and after discounts).


Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Covington, Georgia — a central location that allows us to deliver faster and more efficiently nationwide.
We also use eco-conscious packaging materials whenever possible to minimize our environmental footprint.


Carriers

We ship exclusively with FedEx, DHL, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery across the U.S.
We also ship to PO boxes.


Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly first, as they’ll have the most accurate information.
If the issue isn’t resolved, reach out to us via our contact form and we’ll do our best to assist.


International Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. only, but we plan to expand to more countries soon.




Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you return it easily and fairly.


Return Eligibility

Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached.

Dog Beds can be returned only if they remain sealed in their original vacuum packaging.
Once opened, beds cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
If this happens, please contact us within a few days and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help quickly.


How to Start a Return

1. Submit a request through our contact form.

2. Our team will review your request and provide detailed return instructions.

3. Carefully pack your items to prevent damage in transit.

4. Ship the package to the return address provided by our team.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization — unapproved returns may not be accepted.


Return Fees

A $5 return fee applies to all returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by our team.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be completed after the returned item is received.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within a few days and include clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review the case promptly and make it right.
